Avdhesh Kr. Varshney is an Advocate and a qualified Company Secretary with over 12 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, transactions, dispute resolution, and regulatory advisory.
Before founding Justicewings Lexedge Solutions LLP, he spent over a decade with India's leading Tier-1 law firms and global consulting organisations, including PwC India, Trilegal, Dhir & Dhir Associates, and Fox Mandal & Co., where he advised on complex transactions, regulatory matters, and high-value commercial disputes.
Driven by the vision of making Tier-1 quality legal services more accessible, he established Justicewings Lexedge Solutions LLP as a boutique law firm that delivers strategic, business-focused, and end-to-end legal solutions with partner-level attention and significantly better value than the traditional large law firm model.
Over the years, he has advised a diverse portfolio of clients, including GAIL (India) Limited as a Category-A Panel Counsel, leading corporates, technology companies, manufacturers, pharmaceutical businesses, logistics companies, consulting firms, financial institutions, startups, and numerous Chartered Accountancy and Company Secretary firms.
His clientele includes organisations with annual turnovers ranging from Rs. 30 crore to over Rs. 800 crore, reflecting the confidence reposed in his strategic legal and commercial advice.
His practice focuses on corporate advisory, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, insolvency and restructuring, board and shareholder advisory, legal due diligence, regulatory compliance, property transactions, and corporate and commercial litigation, including arbitration, consumer disputes, and recovery proceedings.
Mr. Varshney holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), is a qualified Company Secretary, and has a Master's degree in Commerce. He is a registered Independent Director with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association and the Delhi High Court Bar Association, and has served as a Board Member of the Indian Lawyers Association (Delhi Chapter).
He presently serves as the President (Uttar Pradesh) of the First Generation Lawyers Association (FGLA), mentors entrepreneurs through The Founders Accelerator Program, and is frequently invited to speak at legal and business forums.
